- Each lesson booked will last for the period booked when the People enters the car at the arranged/prebooked time.
- When the instructor may arrive slightly late for thelesson due to circumstacces beyond his control the instructor will make efforts to extend the finish time of the lesson by the same amount of time or add the time to the following lesson.
- Oxford Driving Academy may substitute another instructor if unforeseen circumstances arrive.
- The pupil may be permitted to use the trainig car for their driving test only if the driving instructor is satisfied with pupil at the required standard.
- The cost for the use of the vehicle for the driving test is payable, please refer to the price list.
- Payments for the lesson are due at the beginning of the lesson unless prepaid.
- The pupil agrees that Oxford Driving Academy Motoring School have no liability to the pupil for any loss, injury or damage.
- Your instructor cannot be held responsible for the test appointment cancellation by DSA due to bad weather, sickness or any other reasons. Such cancellations are beyond the control of your instructor/Oxford Driving Academy Motoring School and therefore the lesson fee and use of car fee forthe booked period will be charged.
- Note:-ONE CLEAR WORKING DAY’S notice is
required in order to cancel a lesson otherwise you will be charged for period booked.
